Dawn Aerowar is an interactive animated film. It blends 3D animation, 2D art and full voice acting to tell the story of a fighter pilot on his final mission, driven by revenge against the Empire that took everything from him.
He escorts a weapon no one should know exists. All that stands in his way are the aces of the Saal'Runa Empire, the last pilots standing after years of war.

Zodiac 1 lost his family, his home and his purpose to the Empire. Only one thing keeps him flying now, and that is revenge. Three aces have been sent to stop him.
Each of them asks Zodiac the same thing: do you even know what you're fighting for?
Zodiac flies alone, and the war reaches him through the cockpit radio, in the voice of an AWACS operator he has never heard before. The operator talks a lot, is sharp and is strangely well informed. Through that one voice, Zodiac hears the whole war.
A professional voice cast brings every character to life, from hardened pilots to ruthless commanders, and every line is fully performed.

Dawn plays in its own player app, which offers episode selection, subtitles, controller support and Steam achievements. You can watch it on your PC, from the couch with a controller or on a big screen.
Press Play and you are in the War Room: a war map of the whole operation, twelve missions along one route. You launch each sortie from the map. Before takeoff, a transmission from the coming mission is on the air: tune in, lock the signal, and listen. Then the episode plays, uncut.
Cinematic mode plays the film from start to finish, with no radio and no return to the map.
The soundtrack is entirely original and was composed to picture. It is fast-paced and epic, with choirs, Bulgarian voices and classical guitar, plus two original songs.
The album has 34 tracks, and you can select any title to hear 15 seconds of it.
